I had been a client of Tony’s for 10 years when he asked me if I would help with a review of his business systems (including his website) in 2016.

At that time, he was manually taking appointments by phone / text / email, and was spending a lot of admin time invoicing clients and taking cash payments only.

Tony’s existing website was on WordPress, and we considered trying to edit and add additional functionality here. But after a thorough comparison of his options, Tony decided to choose WIX for the ease of all in one functionality, no maintenance, and a user-friendly back end.

We added online bookings, automatic appointment reminders, and the option for clients to purchase value packs and gift vouchers. Tony also got a Square reader for in the clinic so he could begin taking card payments.

Since then, Tony has significantly decreased his admin time, and clients love the flexibility of online bookings.

Tony’s logo, graphics, and quarterly MailChimp newsletter are done by a very talented designer - Frankie from Runaway Rabbit. I help Tony ongoing with copywriting editing of blog articles, newsletter content, and workshop materials, as well as business brainstorming sessions and improvements.
